Saturday, April 28th
Santa Cruz Mountains

The Vernal Equinox is when day and night are equal in length, the Divine balance of light + dark. It marks the first day of Spring and invites us to celebrate nature's renewal!

Give yourself this mini-RETREAT + join us for our annual ritual as we journey outside and connect with the Earth. We will gather at the Stargate on the sacred, ancient land at Dharma Ridge in the Santa Cruz Mountains.

Join us in celebrating this seasonal shift {Ritucharya} to reflect, revitalize, and reset. This pivotal transition from Winter to SPRING signifies growth, renewal, and a fresh beginning! As our external environment changes, it's important to adjust our lifestyle to maintain balance with the dynamic rhythms of NATURE.

In this workshop, we will use Kundalini + Yin Yoga and draw upon Ayurvedic practices to align with the seasons, slough off winter heaviness, move stagnant energy, reinvigorate the system, and activate our highest intentions. These practices can help prevent common Springtime ailments, including colds, congestion, lethargy, and depression, as they restore harmony.

We will close with a healing gong bath, so please bring anything you might need to comfortably lay down, such as a wool blanket, pillow, or yoga cushion.

We hope you can celebrate with us!
